It is intolerable that foreigners practically collapse the deckchairs first thing in the morning and are not told anything. At 8. 30 am almost every sunbed is already there with a towel and a book on it and not a single person in the pool. They occupy them and go back to sleep, in the purest old age style in Benidorm. Of course, if the warning sign is ONLY in Spanish and they are not told anything, it is normal that they do what they want, like taking huge unicorns and other inflatables into the pool bothering those who want a bit of peace and of course, occupying another two or three deckchairs for the inflatable so that it doesn't get pinched on the floor. they are also not warned that the deckchairs are for people and not for the mattresses. At least in my whole stay I didn't see them being told that they couldn't do it. Another point in the same style of neglect is that people who go to the piece of beach right in front of the hotel enter the showers and pool as customers and on top of that they boast about sneaking into the hotel whenever they want because nobody is watching. If you're a guest and you're hearing about how stupid the hotel is to give them a free shower and pool, you're burning up.

hotel is located in a small bay, little away from Palmanov, so it actually has its own beach, where few people and no need to fight for a sun lounger. Very much depends on a human factor. During our stay in the hotel we occupied two suites. One of them was immaculate, it was cleaned very well, the other one was shabby, dirty, room service was very poor. The level of service in the hotel restaurant also depended on the person we were attended to by.

staff very accomodating, we kept our room for the last day at no extra charge, breakfast excellent choice so much available. location perfect for relaxing holiday away from the main hussle and bussle of the livley english tourists, very peaceful calming place to unwind. Private beach was wonderful and sun beds free with towels provided every day .

water in sea was cleaner than further down near marina just needed to keep sandals on to enter because of rocks underneath,.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable - breakfast was good - nice clean facilities. Nice and quiet location but close to everything. Only 5 euro taxi ride to the port and you can walk to Palma Nova.
